How can I commission a piece?

How long does it take to complete a commission?

The completion time typically ranges from 3-6 weeks, depending on the size and design of the artwork. I do work with a waiting list, so it’s a good idea to contact me via email/whatsapp to get an update on the current waiting time. During the creation process, I provide regular updates on the progress of your piece.

What are the prices for commissions?

Prices are based on the size of the artwork and remain consistent for each texture. We require a 20% deposit upfront upon confirmation of the commission.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are determined by your local customs authority or the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate the exact amount for these duties and taxes.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your artwork. Please contact me for further details about the pickup arrangement.

Do you deliver within the Netherlands?

Yes, we personally deliver the artwork within the Netherlands.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Items listed as in stock are usually shipped within 10 working days. For an estimated delivery date, please contact me at art@rosalientoornstra.com.
